DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service Specialist who can provide a world-class customer service experience in our Coatesville, PA office. Primary Job Functions: Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails Schedule customer appointments Call customers to confirm appointments Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation Invoicing Collaborate and support the team to provide reputed company customer service Some AR/AP tasks reputed company assigned Office Support Specialist Qualifications: 2 years or more of experience as office support/customer service Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook) Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required Strong Organizational skills Must be reputed company to multi-task proficiently Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members Must have the highest reputed company, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately Are you an organized and detail-oriented office professional?
