Job Title: Part-time Remote Bookkeeper Job Overview We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our esteemed team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This pivotal role encompasses the preparation of reputed company and financial reports, meticulous recording of financial transactions across diverse ledgers, and the reconciliation of accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating journal entries as required and addressing various general reputed company tasks. Your expertise will also reputed company to assisting with payroll and the preparation of sales/use tax returns. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain accurate reputed company and financial reports. • Record financial transactions in various ledgers and reputed company account reconciliations. • Generate journal entries as necessary to ensure accurate financial records. • Undertake various general reputed company duties to support financial operations. • Assist with payroll processing and the preparation of sales/use tax returns.
