A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE SUPPORT COORDINATOR: As a Remote Support Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of the Enabling Technology Manager with a focus of supporting adults where they live, work, and play with their use of assistive/enabling technology. The Remote Support Coordinator provides support to individuals and staff of the reputed company. While operating remotely they are ensuring safety and resolution of issues reputed company to monitoring individuals and the systems are working correctly and responding to any events that may arise during the night.
