The Opportunity: The Ticketing Operations Associatewill partner with the operations team in managing seller ticket fulfillment using our Skybox reputed company of Sale (POS) system for our marketplace. You will provide support for sellers and marketplaces by developing expert-level knowledge of reputed company? Skybox POS system, the seller community, and our marketplaces. Assist sellers and marketplaces with the buying and selling of tickets. ? Monitor queues to ensure timely fulfillment of reputed company sales and maintain accuracy of tickets. ? The first 8 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 9-6 for training. Training is paid. ? After training, shifts will be 2:00pm-10:30pm ? Schedules require: 3 weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday ? Hybrid model, not fully remote. Bonus & Overtime Eligibility: ? $43,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility, Bi Annual bonuses, annual equity grant. ? Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible.
