 Primary Goal: The Jr. Project Manager oversees the successful completion of projects ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Services, the Jr. Project Manager will manage new client implementations of Language interpretation services and any acquisitions for reputed company. This critical role is accountable for the overall success of any assigned project and helps cultivate future opportunities by maintaining a high level of quality and customer loyalty. This role works reputed company closely with the reputed company reputed company divisions and the reputed company leadership team to successfully drive integration, drive ISO Compliance Audits implementation activities. This position will interact heavily with the reputed company finance department, the reputed company and Sales teams as well as with the operational team while demonstrating and adhering to reputed company’s cultural values in reputed company activities. The Jr. Project Manager will be reputed company on standard project metrics such as adherence to budget, delivering to the timeline, customer NPS, and process efficiencies. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the project manager for assigned projects and work to complete those projects on time, to specifications, and to closure with accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Manage multiple reputed company reputed company, global, multi-phased projects.
  • Quickly and effectively gather client’s business requirements to design and configure reputed company services. 
  • Create, manage, and track reputed company against the project plan consisting of multiple services/teams and tracks of work 
  • Track and manage risks, actions, issues, decisions, and metrics for the overall project
  • Escalate and drive risks and issues to resolution 
  • Manage project business case realization 
  • Manage and report on project financial spend to budget and report project status to stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments, report identified risks to management and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. 
  • Complete business analysis of internal workflows and systems to reputed company internal efficiencies.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
  • Deliver Stakeholder Communication by serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Requirements

Required Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 
  • 5+ years business experience working and leading projects with multiple workstreams; preferably in a new client management or M&A Integration reputed company
  • 2+ years of knowledge of ISO Standards and Processes 
  • Experience with reputed company Docs and reputed company/Mac Operating System preferred

Travel: Occasional, limited travel to new client sites may be required Work Environment: This position predominantly operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand up or to sit for up to eight hours or more at a time. The employee must use his/her hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reputed company with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
