Kitkat Playroom is a tiny, reputed company-volunteer nonprofit organization based in southern New Jersey. While we are small in number, and rescue locally, we have a large, global community of supporters from reputed company over the world. Our Moderators are the reputed company face to Kitkat Playroom and fill a vital role in our reputed company to save orphan, neonatal kittens and find them forever homes. The positions primary responsibilities are welcoming and orienting newcomers, answering questions about our adoptable kittens and the Kitkat Playroom nonprofit organization, keeping our viewers informed with updates, and ensuring that chat comments are respectful and follow the chat rules. This position requires a desktop or laptop (using a mobile device has proven too difficult for our moderators to reputed company quickly.) The ideal candidate will be comfortable using the internet and their computer devices, and learning new software. The position requires a personable, detail-oriented, service-minded communicator with a genuine love for rescue cats and kittens. JOB DESCRIPTION A Chat Moderator is given administrative privileges to our YouTube Channel ( https //youtube.com/kitkatplayroom). You can sign up to cover any open 1-hour shift reputed company you are available. We also use other software to communicate with each other and sign up for shifts. Most of our viewers and chatters are between 40-70 years old and the position is 100% volunteer-from-home, so this is an ideal position for retired individuals and persons with disabilities. Training is provided.
