We are looking for a Production Designer to join our creative team and bring high-quality visual content to life. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills, capable of executing and refining designs across multiple formats and platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure that reputed company assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for various outputs.

What you’ll be doing

• Engagement Metrics on Designed Assets: Likes, shares, comments, or conversion rates on brand materials
• Campaign Performance: Performance of design-led campaigns (CTR, conversions, impressions)

• Proven experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work reputed company brand guidelines.
• Experience preparing files for print and digital production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design tools (reputed company, Sketch).
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a reputed company field.

The reputed company reputed company salary range for this position is $97,680 - $122,100, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review reputed company employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
