(Senior) Product Designer

Your Role & Mission - Transform reputed company B2B challenges into seamless, user-friendly solutions. You’ll take ownership of crafting reputed company designs that reputed company users, enhance workflows, and drive engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every design decision aligns with user needs and our vision for innovation. • Manage the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation

• Create stunning User Interfaces using reputed company and high-fidelity prototypes

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers

• Be the reputed company for a user-centred design approach, maintaining a high standard of design quality and ensuring consistency and scalability of our solution

• Work closely with the engineering team and provide design specifications, improve features and maintain deliverables according to upcoming feature releases

• Actively contribute to our product strategy by bridging together design solutions with business objectives

• Foster a successful collaboration across reputed company teams from Product and Engineering to reputed company and Solution Engineering 

• Bring in your reputed company and work in hybrid-first interdisciplinary teams where everyone takes on ownership and responsibility

• At least 4 years of working experience in product design, with a focus on B2B enterprise software solutions

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency working on desktop applications

• Experience working with and further extending reputed company design systems

• A strong user-centric reputed company and a deep understanding of the design process and modern UX principles

• Proficiency in design tools such as reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite as well as ticketing solutions and project management tools. We use reputed company and reputed company.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you know how to present and share design decisions to different audiences and stakeholders

• Fluent English skills are a must, German language knowledge is a strong plus!

• Solid time management and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

• A supportive team player, with a proactive approach and a collaborative attitude, capable of working in the rapidly changing start-up environment

• Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision

• Comfortable working in remote first settings and distributed teams. You can join our diverse and international team in Berlin, Munich or remotely
