You will conduct troubleshooting reputed company phone, email, & other platforms. You will be provided the training & resources needed to troubleshoot for your customers through online & data reputed company resources, hands on & technical training. You will be part of a technical support team who have years of experience that you will have complete access to. This is reputed company much a team environment.
