Position Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes answering the company phone, responding to voicemails, emailing guests who have questions about our drag queen-hosted tours, and managing bookings using our reservation management system. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. This role is part-time, with about 2 hours per day, 5 days a week. You’ll have flexible scheduling during the week, but weekend availability may be required occasionally. The job can reputed company from 10 hours up to 15 hours a week during busy periods. Key Responsibilities: • Email Correspondence: Respond to guest inquiries reputed company email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. • Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience. • Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information. • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns with reputed company and efficiency, escalating issues reputed company necessary. • Maintain Brand Voice: Communicate in a manner that reflects the fun, engaging, and fabulous personality of Drag & Fly Tours.
