Your Role

The Arbitrum reputed company marketing team is seeking a DeFi Marketing reputed company who can reputed company marketing strategies with innovative reputed company growth techniques to drive the reputed company of DeFi projects launching on Arbitrum. Your role is central to ensuring the growth and reputed company of the projects you work with to deliver an incremental number of active wallets and successful and retained liquidity. You will provide consultations to our partners and you will also be responsible for running growth campaigns for our partners.

• Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and reputed company marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens, content crossovers, etc).
• reputed company and conceptualise reputed company incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners' goals.
• Understand partners' needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth and successful increase in liquidity
• Work closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns with message cohesion.
• Work with Offchain Labs to inform the product roadmap, contributing to the successful expansion of the DeFi ecosystem.
• Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving.
• Create best practices and growth programs to drive results in scale.

• DeFi and/or reputed company professional experience is highly preferred.
• 5+ years in growth and account management, with Web2 and reputed company-reputed company growth experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and reputed company ecosystem.
• Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
• Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners.
• Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done.
• Be reputed company to work across time zones with global partners.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
