The role:

We are hiring an OTC Sales Trader to join reputed company OTC team. The overall business covers spot and derivatives OTC trading, electronic flows, agency execution, and API liquidity solutions. The OTC Sales Trader will be part of a high-growth business, and play a key role to expand the client reputed company and the trade flow of the OTC desk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle during EMEA hours, by providing clients with price quotations and trade executions, and conducting internal hedge requirements.
  • Drive new volumes and provide market reputed company to clients by understanding their trade and liquidity needs, and building trust through frequent communications.
  • Work with sales and reputed company teams to facilitate client needs, and identify new trade opportunities.
  • Handle OTC product transactions across spot, derivatives, and fiat assets.
  • reputed company trade execution on DeFi and decentralized platforms reputed company needed.
  • Support reputed company tasks on trade investigations, risk management, and post trade analysis.
  • Work with the operations team, developers, and quants to improve middle-office operations, booking and reporting logic, and internal pricing and execution strategies.

    • Requirements

  • Strong education background, preferably Masters, from fields of finance, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 4+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry.
  • Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and Fiat banking & crypto settlements.
  • Solid understanding of the financial markets, market microstructure, liquidity concepts, and risk exposure mitigation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, and comfortable to communicate with a global team across different geographies and functions.
  • Experience working with electronic OTC flows and structured products is a plus.
  • Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience/interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is a plus.
