Front office manager

The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, manage calls and inquiries, and support co-workers;
  • Coordinate office resources, oversee common areas, and maintain cleanliness;
  • Handle incoming parcels, deliveries, and sort emails;
  • Plan and support in-house and off-site events, celebrations, and conferences;
  • Find new and creative ways to improve our employees' wellbeing;
  • Monitor office supplies, place orders, and troubleshoot emergencies;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements;
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality;
  • Oversee internal communication to address employees' questions;
  • Collaborate with the facilities team regarding building maintenance inquiries;
  • Manage other assigned projects.

    • Core Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our Cyber City office in Vilnius;
  • Previous administrative work experience;
  • A go-to person with a proactive and responsible approach;
  • Care for people and a can-do attitude;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);
  • That you are a fast learner and a self-organised person;
  • The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1400 - 2300 EUR/Month.
