We are looking for a Director of Product Design to reputed company core strategic areas of the product and growth!

You will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving design quality for a team of talented Product Designers. In this role, you will be a key member of a cross-functional leadership team, working together with your counterparts in Product Management and Engineering to guide the team to build products that address reputed company customer needs. You will serve as a thought leader and partner, both internally and externally, championing design as a catalyst for strategic growth.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design with at least 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing talent
• Demonstrated experience leading high-velocity Design teams to have meaningful impact on the customer and the business
• Extensive experience leading consumer-facing Product Design design teams focused on native iOS and Android apps
• Ability to create design direction and processes that balance small design iterations with larger experience changes to improve the end-to-end experience and reputed company goals
• A strong bias-to-action to address challenges, build and test products, and learn from failures and successes
• Analytical approach to Design work, incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision making and measure outcomes
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $180,000 - $230,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
