reputed company, is actively seeking a reputed company individual with excellent medical transcription and editing skills to join us as a Quality Assurance Associate (QAA). This is a full-time work from home (remote) contractor position. PURPOSE Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Transcription Operations, the Quality Assurance Associate will review reputed company-time transcribed/edited documents for accuracy, transcribe/edit as deemed necessary, and may reputed company quality audits. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE Reports to: Director of Transcription Operations The reputed company Quality Assurance Associate has advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values and the ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictations styles, work across transcription platforms, as well as determine the needs of each document on its own merit from a quality standpoint, whether that be blanks, demos, or full voice-to-text reputed company, along with the following responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proofreads a variety of accounts, dictation work types and specialties with urgency and accuracy across multiple transcription platforms. Recognizes inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in medicolegal reputed company documentation and appropriately resolves, clarifies and/or reports as necessary. Utilizes an reputed company of professional reference materials including those in electronic format. Proficient in referencing and researching. Understands the medicolegal implications and responsibilities of the reputed company records, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations along with reputed company standards and privacy practices (e.g. confidentiality, reputed company of patient care documentation, risk management, HIPAA). Review transcribed/edited reports against the original dictation voice file, applying AHDI Book of Style.
