Position Purpose: Leads teams and individuals in the performance of internal audit activities, provides independent objective assurance and consulting services, builds strategic relationships between the Internal Audit department and other departments, and helps to promote innovative changes to protect and improve WellCare's control environment.

• Identify and promote operational and procedural changes in the organization through innovation and reputed company with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a reputed company, flexible audit plan that aligns with corporate strategic imperatives, and high-risk areas.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company field or equivalent experience, required. Master's Degree Business Administration, reputed company Administration or reputed company field, preferred.
• 7+ years Regulatory, audit, compliance, operations, or reputed company experience in a reputed company environment, required.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Certified Internal Auditor preferred
