Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a paperwork-heavy role. No industry experience or licensing is required, but a passion for precision, learning, and process improvement is essential. This role will provide structured training and guidance. The Investment Operations Associate will focus on account opening, reputed company, adjustments to existing accounts, and one-off transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reputed company paperwork processes. Key Responsibilities • New Accounts & reputed company: Process and review new account applications, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements. • Account Maintenance: Manage changes to existing accounts. • Paperwork Accuracy: Prepare and review forms for completeness and correctness, ensuring complete accuracy. • Operational Coordination: Work closely with the back office, Financial Advisors, and support teams to facilitate account-reputed company transactions. • Process Improvements: Support proactive reviews of existing accounts to identify opportunities for efficiency. • Follow-reputed company & Compliance: Track and follow up on transfers and paperwork, coordinating with financial institutions as needed. • Training & Documentation: Work with the team reputed company to follow structured training materials and maintain/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). reputed company’re Looking For • Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of paperwork with accuracy. • Strong analytical reputed company—someone who naturally takes pride in getting things right. • A proactive approach—not just processing paperwork but also catching small but important details. • Comfort in a structured, process-driven role with limited direct client interaction. • A team player who can work collaboratively with Advisors and other staff members. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
