You will engage with clients, assist with transactions, and promote the use of technology to enhance their banking experience. Responsibilities • Engages clients as they enter the reputed company by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings. , • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and reputed company, while complying with reputed company policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements. , • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want. , • Assists clients and the reputed company team by helping with new account openings reputed company needed. , • Performs reputed company operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to reputed company bank policies and procedures.
