Freelance QA Tester for Website & Mobile Apps (LuggageHero.com) - Ongoing Basis

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to help us maintain the quality of our website (LuggageHero.com) and mobile apps (Android & iOS). This will be an ongoing, on-demand position where you will assist us in manually testing major releases and help automate our regression suite in the future. Key Responsibilities • Create & Maintain a Regression Test Suite • Develop a detailed regression test suite for our website and mobile apps. • Preferably document test cases in video format (or text format if necessary). • Keep the test suite updated with each new feature release. • Manual Testing • Execute the regression suite manually in our test environment before each major release. • Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies in a structured manner. • Future Automation & CI/CD Integration • Help plan and gradually automate the regression test suite. • Work towards integrating automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline. Requirements • Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. • Familiarity with test case creation and execution. • Ability to document test cases in clear and structured formats (video or text). • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). • Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is a plus. • Understanding of CI/CD workflows is a plus. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Engagement Details • Part-time, as needed (on-demand basis). • Will be notified a few days in advance before each major release. • Future possibility to transition into test automation and CI/CD integration.
