Sr Benefits Analyst

The U.S. Federal Reserve System is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Benefits team. The successful candidate will provide expertise on all aspects of benefits administration and serve as a liaison between the Benefits Department and employees.We are seeking an individual with a strong background in benefits administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to benefit programs, as well as experience with administering, managing, and operating benefit plans. The successful candidate will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of functions to ensure that benefit programs are properly administered and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and analyzing benefit plan trends and providing innovative solutions and recommendations. Responsibilities: Provide expertise on all aspects of benefits administration. Serve as a liaison between the Benefits Department and employees. Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to benefit programs. Administer, manage, and operate benefit plans. Act as a team player and possess excellent communication skills. Deliver high-quality customer service. Ensure that benefit programs are properly administered and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Research and analyze benefit plan trends and provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
