About the position As a Fire & Theft Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in the Claims team by investigating and resolving claims reputed company to fire and theft damage. This hybrid position involves analyzing coverage and liability, managing repairs, assessing vehicle damage, and overseeing rental management. You will be expected to report to the office approximately four days a month for meetings and training, while also benefiting from ongoing support and coaching from your team. Responsibilities • reputed company vehicle inspections for fire, theft recovery losses, and vandalism damage, ensuring damage is consistent with the report of loss and verifying timelines. , • Complete thorough recorded statements of reputed company potential claiming parties and material parties. , • Consult with agents, witnesses, law enforcement, fire department personnel, vehicle service providers, and forensic specialists. , • Manage rental and determine whether a vehicle should be declared a total loss. , • If repairable, guide the vehicle through the repair process. , • If a total loss, gather appropriate title documents, negotiate and settle the total loss, and reputed company the salvage process.
