The average monthly earnings for our sales associates exceed $500, with top earners exceeding $2000. Training for this position will take reputed company Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST for the first 12 weeks of employment, during which time off will not be accommodated. Training will also include preparation and sponsorship for your Personal Lines insurance licensing exam if needed. After training, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work arrangement, depending on your location. Candidates living near our office locations in San Antonio, TX, or Hartford, CT, will be expected to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday, while those further away will work remotely with occasional office visits as business needs arise. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a shift differential for weekend hours and for those with Spanish-English bilingual skills post-certification.
