About the Team VIZIO is looking for Sr Software Engineer to join our Inscape Core Engineering Team. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic developer to build large scale platform features for our automated content recognition (ACR) system. This platform is highly scalable, and capable of processing millions of operations per minute coming from millions of TVs, reputed company storing petabytes of data and providing fast insights from the data. This position will be in Denver, CO. What You Will Do Design, reputed company, monitor, review, unit test and reputed company code for the teams services Write and maintain Terraform (IaC) configurations, CI/CD tools scripts e.g. reputed company Actions and Python scripts for deploying infrastructure to multiple environments Take ownership of releasing code for new features Build and maintain the teams reputed company-based infrastructure like Kafka clusters and EC2 instances etc. Triage application and system issues to debug, track, recover services quickly Collaborate with other developers, SREs and other teams to integrate and streamline development and deployment workflows Contribute to and maintain existing documentation including educational content, system architecture diagrams, post-mortems, and incident management runbooks About You Bachelors Degree (BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with software development in languages like Java, Go, distributed systems, micro-service architecture Fluent in one or more scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, reputed company CI or similar Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef reputed company to write and reputed company automation pipelines reputed company with reputed company and an understanding of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or reputed company Experience with monitoring tools for example, reputed company, Grafana, reputed company Deep understanding of reputed company platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Understands observability and incident reputed company Experience in debugging reputed company problems About VIZIO We are Beautifully Simple.
