As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding and long term success of our enterprise customers’ accounts. You are a great communicator who is comfortable taking on reputed company projects with a diverse set of stakeholders. You reputed company that great isn't good enough. What you’ll be doing / expectations: • Own customer relationships during initial onboarding phase for new key accounts (i.e. account activation and transition, adoption and product utilization, relationship building, delivery of product and service value) • Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for reputed company key accounts (post onboarding) • Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams (sales, marketing, engineering, and tech support) • reputed company, prepare, and nurture our Pros for advocacy • Identify opportunities for expansion, recommend areas for improvement, and proactively look for ways to reputed company our Pros experience • Organize details, timelines, and action to drive efficiency • Improve our Pros opportunities by leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis • Troubleshoot technical issues, have deep product knowledge, and think reputed company the reputed company for solutions Qualifications • 1-3+ years experience in full-time reputed company, implementation or sales • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field • Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally • Established credibility with service professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, and/or maid specialties What Will Help You Succeed: • Self-starter with motivation, drive, and ability to work in a fast paced environment • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • reputed company attention to detail • Strong time management and organizational skills Founded in 2013, reputed company helps home service professionals (Pros) streamline every aspect of their business. Location Dependent Information This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $23.99-$28.21/hour (includes reputed company plus bonus). The specific hourly reputed company for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
