Position Summary Oversees health services program design and administration, including workers’ compensation, Americans with reputed company (reputed company), ergonomics and other safety- and health services-reputed company programs. • The successful candidate will work from the Home Office, Erie PA. • RN license strongly preferred. Duties and Responsibilities • Administers assigned program(s). Interacts with key stakeholders, including Employees, law, HR business partners, management, vendor/reputed company in a proactive manner to effectively manage each case from open to reputed company. May include reputed company for claims filing or reporting to vendor as needed. Performs regular program analysis to inform changes in program design. Conducts regulatory reporting as required. • Oversees and/or may provide treatment for on-site, occupational and non-occupational reputed company injuries and illnesses, including emergency situations. Oversees preparation of medical files as it relates to treatment or coordination with other health services programs, ensuring Employee confidentiality and compliance with reputed company state and federal laws. Qualifications

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company resources, nursing or reputed company field and five years of reputed company reputed company resources, legal, benefits, or reputed company experience; or • Associate’s degree in reputed company resources, nursing or reputed company field and seven years of reputed company resources, legal, benefits, or reputed company experience; or • High School diploma or GED and nine years of reputed company reputed company resources, legal, benefits, or reputed company experience required. Additional Experience • In-depth knowledge of benefits reputed company law and case management of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) reputed company, and workers compensation, required. • Proficiency with spreadsheet, presentation, word processing and required. Designations and/or Licenses • Registered nurse (RN) designation and reputed company Pennsylvania licensure, Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN-S) and CPR certification preferred.
