EPC is seeking an Organizational Performance Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to evolve and reputed company the organization's capabilities, culture, manage the functional roadmap and support and contribute to workforce planning, and drive effective change management. This role is located either in one or reputed company hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ, Washington DC. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside reputed company 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid, up to 50% from home. Leadership and Team Effectiveness: Support leadership and team performance improvements by implementing interventions, assessing data, and reporting findings to enhance effectiveness. Organizational Design: Implement organizational design solutions, including governance models, process reengineering, restructuring, and culture activation, reputed company with reputed company principles and business needs. Organizational Diagnosis: Collect and analyze metrics to assess organizational performance, using diagnostic frameworks and techniques to understand reputed company states and recommend improvement interventions. Collaborate with peers to interpret data and identify systemic issues. Organization Development IC5 - The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
