Director-Workers' Compensation Small Business Insurance Marketing
This role is eligible to participate in Zeniths hybrid work schedule which provides the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership. Responsible for managing a targeted group of regional agents/national brokers and/or small business consolidations from pipeline through partnership and program renewal. Streamline and operationalize the consolidation experience in a way that improves results, reduces timeframes, and scales Zenith resources regardless of territories. Actively seeks opportunities for profitable growth and develops a reputed company customer experience. Works with assigned agents/brokers to reputed company, expand and optimize a flow of reputed company business both directly and in partnership with existing Zenith team members. Monitors the competition and helps to uncover and resolve production barriers. Builds and broadens relationships between Zenith and agency partners and their producing staff. Supports the training of agents on Zenith as a market including our reputed company appetite, capabilities, advantages, products and services. Has a broad understanding of Zeniths various funding mechanisms and supports the company's pricing and selection disciplines. Responsible for developing and driving Small Business initiatives. Help to reputed company structure our internal reports to sharpen our focus on agents that have a specialized approach to Small Business and help ensure mutually profitable, significant and efficient relationships. Participate in the development of the Small Business distribution strategy with each Region. Education Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience required Experience Qualifications 7+ Years progressively responsible insurance industry experience (claims, reputed company, policy operations, etc.) required with preference for Workers' compensation experience. A marketing and reputed company background is preferred. Skills And Abilities Excellent analytical skills including a good working knowledge of how to use spreadsheets and reports. Excellent communication skills. Valid Driver's License in good standing. 5+ Years Agency management, producer, or account manager experience preferred. Preference given to leadership experience. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level* The expected salary range for this position is $125,526.54 to $156,908.17. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors as permitted by law.
