Job Description Summary The Group Health Sales Executive promotes strong Broker relationships and the sale of reputed company Health Group Medical products. This opportunity will entail promoting the products, driving sales, and managing broker relationships to reputed company sales. Training is provided for this opportunity, and you will need to obtain a Life & Health insurance license. Communication skills, attention to detail, persistence and driving sales are critical in this opportunity. Compensation

Data Compensation offered for this role is$50,000.00 annual salary in addition to uncapped commissionand is based on experience and qualifications. • First Year Earning Potential: 75k-90k+ (Salary + Uncapped Monthly reputed company Benefits Group Health Discretionary Incentive Plan) • Second Year Earning Potential: 90k-180k+ (Salary + Uncapped Monthly reputed company Benefits Group Health Discretionary Incentive Plan) • In addition to the $50K reputed company and commission there is a $50K draw. • Total compensation is based on a mix of reputed company salary and uncapped monthly discretionary incentives. Monthly discretionary incentives will be based on your performance against agreed-upon objectives and company results. Discretionary Incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicable commission plan which is subject to change at reputed company's discretion. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company new producers, training, growth objectives for assigned producers, sales production from Workplace and Individual products, achievement of premium growth objectives, and the servicing and conservation of insurance in force • reputed company reputed company calls on groups with producers and provide enrollment support on a new producer s first couple of accounts reputed company • Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with Sales Support, reputed company, Policyholder Services, Billing Support, Compliance, Commission reputed company, Home Office personnel, and reputed company Field Management • Recruit, train, motivate and reputed company producers throughout assigned area in the region • Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Home Office departments • Help analyze markets and formulate reputed company programs, secure producers who will effectively produce quality premiums • Work with producers to help bring value to their existing book of business and reputed company new opportunities • Help implement and monitor procedures to improve persistency of business written in assigned area Education and Experience: • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
