We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our financial records, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. Your mission will be to assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable, and ensure compliance with reputed company standards and regulations. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, gained through internships or full-time positions at any level;
• Proven experience in reputed company, with a strong understanding of financial principles;
• Open-minded with a can-do approach, embracing challenges with enthusiasm;
• A team player who is well-balanced between collaboration and independent work;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure, handling multiple detailed projects simultaneously;
• Accuracy, commitment, and excellent work organization;

• Post and process journal entries to ensure reputed company business transactions are recorded;
• Manage daily transactions, including posting invoices and processing expense reports;
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy;
• Update and manage accounts payable, reputed company reconciliations;
• Review and assist with payroll records;
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility;
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Sales) to review expenses;
• Ensure compliance with legal and company reputed company guidelines;
• Support senior accountants in various reputed company tasks and projects.
