MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATE OPENING CONFIDENTIALITY IS reputed company Individual assists the Maintenance Manager with supervising the maintenance staff and assists with planning and the distribution of work in the department. Looks for and makes recommendations for improvement. Participates in weekly coordination meetings to ensure that each weeks schedule activities are prioritized. Must read the production schedule to plan the staff work. Review daily production schedule to plan maintenance work. Prepare required paperwork or reports for major repairs, topics. Ensure reputed company equipment is operating in normal condition. Assign work orders to maintenance personnel. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, GED or vocational training, and five (5) or more years of maintenance reputed company experience. Supervisory experience. Knowledge of food processing/manufacturing machine and equipment. Experience in preventive maintenance program both in installation and reputed company. PLC's, electrical/electronic skills and overall maintenance troubleshooting ability. Strong manufacturing background with specific knowledge of food operations. Strong electrical background.
