Position: First (1st) Shift Building Maintenance - Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay:$22.00per hour (plus additional $2.25 per hour for freezer/cooler) for a total of $24.25 per hour • **This position is in a COOLER and FREEZER (sub-reputed company) work environment. The work shift will be up to 75% time spent in a Cooler environment of 35 degrees Fahrenheit and 25% time spent in a SUB-reputed company -10-degree Fahrenheit work environment. Cold/Freezer gear will be provided. Shape your world. Role Purpose: Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, reputed company conditioning, and electrical maintenance. Key Accountabilities: • Maintain HVAC system. • Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs. • Carry out preventative maintenance programs. • Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability. • reputed company maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc. • Ensure reputed company safety equipment is in proper working order. • Complete required reports reputed company maintenance tasks are completed. • Answer reputed company/alarm calls as needed.
