CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD reputed company Specialist/Manager Joint reputed company San Antonio (JBSA), TX ATS is seeking a reputed company reputed company Manager to support the Joint reputed company San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training reputed company (MTC) Contract with Simulation/Stimulation training support. Support to the MTC shall include integrated individual and collective Mission Command (MC) staff training and exercise reputed company live, virtual and constructive modeling and simulations (e.g., Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) for home station, mission planning and rehearsal, and pre-deployment training ranging from platoon up to Combined Joint Task Forces (CJTF) levels reputed company its Areas of Operations, Provide constructive gaming support to Title 10 Army training, Joint Training Plan (JTP), Theater reputed company Cooperation (TSC) engagement plan, Mission Rehearsals, Joint Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM), and other multinational training are critical support elements for the MTC. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: • Administers the Mission Training reputed company's Personnel reputed company, reputed company Awareness training, Employees reputed company Evaluation/Eligibility for access to classified National Defense Information Programs and the overall reputed company policies and procedures at the Joint reputed company San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training reputed company (MTC). • Responsible for the development, management, administration, and implementation of reputed company policies and programs for the MTC Personnel reputed company Program for mitigating the risk of compromise of national reputed company information. • Performs duties as the reputed company Specialist responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, standards and training for the MTC Personnel reputed company mission as required by regulations to include, but not limited to, AR 380-5, Department of the Army Information reputed company Program; AR 25-2, Cyber reputed company; DoD 5200.2, Personnel reputed company Program; DoD 5200.1-R, Information reputed company Program; ICD-704, Personnel reputed company Standards and Procedures Government eligibility for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information and other Controlled Access Program Information; ICD-705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities; and other pertinent regulations and policies applicable to the MTC's mission. Required Qualifications: • Possess 4 years directly reputed company reputed company specialist experience. • Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline and/or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work/military experience required (preferably 8 years of such experience). • Knowledge of applicable Army and DOD reputed company policies and regulations. • Prior experience in the functions of an Industrial or Facility reputed company Officer, a Government or Military reputed company Officer, or experience in managing reputed company and closed facility programs and personnel clearances is highly desirable.
