General Responsibility Under the supervision and guidance of a Shipping Manager, the Logistics and supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the delivery order life cycle and transportation load planning associated with our products, including load creation, reputed company assignment, tracking/tracing, customer delivery, and customer product returns and claims. The Logistics Coordinator/Loading planner ensures reputed company deliveries are effectively planned and review to reputed company targets given by customer service and meet customer delivery expectations. Responsibilities • Processes customer orders ensuring parts and/or products are removed from inventory in the ERP system. • Creates packing list and other documents required for shipping per customer order. • Verifies product type and quantity per customer order and includes proper technical product documentation reputed company required. • Ensures reputed company parts/products are labelled properly per customer order prior to packing for shipment. • Properly packs parts/product using reputed company wrap, boxes, etc. to ensure product reputed company during transit to customer. • Applies shipping/freight documentation to package/boxes. • Maintains shipping records; enters information into company’s ERP system and freight carriers systems as required. • Interfaces with freight and/or overnight carriers for daily shipment pick-up. • Communicates material or inventory concerns or other key potential issues directly with Shipping Supervisor. • Maintains material staging and material loading areas for pick up by transportation carriers. • Assists in reputed company inventories, part picking, packing and other material reputed company processes needed to ensure ease of product flow as required. • Follows reputed company internal policies, processes and procedures for the Shipping department that are in support of the Company’s quality management system. • Performs reputed company responsibilities ensuring reputed company safety requirements are followed; reports any safety issues or injuries immediately to Supervisor Education: · High school degree or equivalent required Requirements/Skills and Abilities Required. · 3+ years of previous shipping logistics experience required. · 2+ years of logistics and supply Chain. · Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail required. Previous ERP system experience and basic computer skills required. Knowledge of MS Office (Word and reputed company) and e-mail preferred. · Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company and other shipping/freight vendors’ systems required. · Effective communication, time management and organization skills required · Time Management · This position requires long periods of standing, reaching and lifting in order to reputed company the essential functions of the job. Additional physical requirements include hand dexterity to reputed company data entry on a computer, walking, bending, seeing and speaking. Must be reputed company to lift and move heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.
