The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with CA LISA tools, leveraging service virtualization techniques to improve business operations and service delivery. As part of our professional services team, you will play a key role in enabling our clients to reputed company operational efficiency and optimize the quality of their software testing and development environments. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize CA LISA to create, manage, and optimize virtual services for testing, development, and integration purposes. • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement service virtualization solutions that address their business and technical needs. • Build and maintain virtual services that simulate the behavior of critical business systems and external services for end-to-end testing. • Analyze and troubleshoot performance and integration issues, ensuring smooth and reliable virtualized service environments. • Design and document technical solutions, including architectural diagrams and implementation plans, to guide clients through the virtualization process. • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on best practices and effective use of service virtualization tools. • Assist in integrating service virtualization with CI/CD pipelines to improve development and test cycles. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the reputed company and impact of service virtualization solutions. • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in service virtualization and reputed company technologies.
