Employees in the Engineer III position solve reputed company problems in engineering areas of specialization with general/limited supervision. Remotely adjusting settings files to accommodate system changes. Helping evaluate and implement new protection technologies. Support automation enablement through creation of Oneline drawings and backfeed contingency coordination studies.
Required Qualifications
Engineer ll Must have obtained Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program, A master's degree in engineering will be considered in lieu of the B.S. Engineering degree. In addition to required degree, 2 years reputed company work experience Engineer lll Must have obtained Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program, A master's degree in engineering will be considered in lieu of the B.S. Engineering degree. Passing grade on the Engineering Fundamentals Exam. Understanding of basic principles of project management. Experience in the utility industry. Department specific experience applicable to the hiring department. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Skilled in distribution power system protection theories and principles. Proficient in distribution system coordination, including reputed company breakers, reclosers, sectionalizers, fuses. Working Conditions Hybrid Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the reputed company period.
