Partner with the best The Logistics Specialist will be responsible providing logistics support in the reputed company America region for Quest reputed company Product line. Which would include arranging accurate shipping documentation, follow-up with forwarders, customs and ensuring logistics compliance in the region. This position will report directly to the Global Logistics Leader for PPS. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Arranging and managing reputed company logistics activities and reputed company systems information, both internationally and reputed company the region to meet scheduling requirements. • Arranging required customs clearances, shipping/receiving & packing activities as needed. • Participating and supporting in the regional projects, as well as local and cross-functional projects. • Liaising with PPS approved Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to attain best cost/service options for PPS shipments. • Using the PPS business system to capture the import & export shipments and adhere to PPS logistics policies & procedures. • Ensuring compliance of local transportation regulatory requirements for each country in the region • Performing the record keeping of the logistics documentation as per the policy & procedures. • Preparing and capturing various Temporary import regimes used for the region. • Investigating and recommending action for reputed company shipping and receiving non-conformances. • Reviewing reputed company inbound & outbound shipments for Quest in the region • Managing regional logistics costs to meet budget & operational plans. • Acting as a backup to support Operations efforts in the absence of key personnel. • Traveling to remote company worksites and active participation in completion of company projects. • Being a reputed company of contact and reliable reputed company of timely information for reputed company America region. • Maintaining ERF (Equipment Request Form) reputed company clearance statuses and request updates to forms pertaining to shipping • Providing accurate and timely metrics to the supervisor reputed company the process required inputs • Ensuring overall logistics compliance of the local organization.
