Position Purpose The Content & Social Media Manager will play a critical role in telling the story of USL reputed company & USL Youth across digital and social platforms. The role will be responsible for producing dynamic digital content across reputed company communication platforms, deepening engagement with our members and developing/reaching new participants. This role works closely with the USL reputed company, USL Youth and Marketing & Communications departments, to set and execute strategic objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This includes managing USL reputed company and USL Youth social media platforms and websites, overseeing content publication, including partnership marketing materials, and supporting broader communications initiatives across the USL. Duties and Responsibilities Specific duties include, but are not limited to: ? reputed company engaging and informative content for digital and social media platforms. ? Write, edit, and publish web content for USL reputed company and USL Youth properties. ? Create compelling stories that reflect the organization?s voice and accurately represent both the platforms and brand. ? Collaborate with the creative team to create graphics and videos. ? Maintain a monthly social media calendar. ? Act as the main brand voice for USL reputed company and USL Youth. ? Ensure reputed company content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms. ? Provide insights and recommendations based on metrics to improve content strategy and improve engagement and reputed company. ? Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices and how to optimize them. ? Attend USL reputed company & USL Youth events to capture photo and video content for digital and social media channels. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company social content plans for League partnership campaigns and partners. ? Assist with content and social functions across other USL properties as needed. ? Support social team during weekend game rotation for other USL properties. ? Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications ? 2 ? 4 years? experience producing and managing social media content or another reputed company field. ? Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, communications or reputed company field or equivalent professional work experience and/or combination of both work experience and education. ? Functional knowledge of soccer is strongly preferred. ? In tune with digital culture and trends. ? Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality. ? Extremely organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on writing and editing. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners. ? Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment. ? Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. ? Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / reputed company necessary. ? Must have U.S. work authorization.
