The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and be capable of working independently while supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the preparation, drafting, and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial exhibits. ? reputed company legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation cases. ? Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document review, production, and management of discovery databases. ? Prepare deposition summaries, witness lists, and trial binders. ? Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admissions. ? Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing evidence and exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and scheduling hearings or depositions. ? Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses. ? Maintain case files and ensure reputed company documentation is properly organized and updated. ? Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court personnel as necessary. ? Assist with settlement negotiations and facilitate the preparation of settlement agreements. ? Prepare and organize trial exhibits and support attorneys during trial. ? reputed company additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: ? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. ? Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases. ?
