Primary Responsibilities: ? Partner and collaborate with the internal care team, providers, and community resources/partners to implement care plan ? reputed company for members and families as needed to ensure the member?s needs and choices are fully represented and supported by the health care team ? Required Qualifications: ? reputed company, unrestricted independent licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio ? 4+ years of Clinical Experience ? 1+ years of experience working with children in custody, adoptive children and/or the pediatric population ? 1+ years of experience with MS Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: ? BSN, Master's Degree or Higher in Clinical Field ? Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification ? 1+ years of case management experience coordinating care for individuals with reputed company needs ? Experience working with external organizations geared toward supporting children such as reputed company Children?s Services agencies, Families & Children First Experience/exposure with discharge planning, utilization review, reputed company review and/or prior authorization review ? Experience with arranging community resources ? Background in Managed Care ?
