Educate retail partners and clients on Kate Somerville brand heritage and product benefits. , ? Communicate effectively with clients and retail partners regarding scheduling and territory needs. , ? Achieve sales results, aiming for a goal of typically 4X the hourly rate. , ? Merchandise and refresh stock to maintain an enjoyable shopping experience. Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent; licensed esthetician/cosmetologist preferred. , ? Minimum 3 years of beauty retail sales experience, preferably in beauty specialty and department stores. , ? Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. , ? Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationships. , ? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment. , ? Self-motivated and able to work independently. , ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , ?
