About the position The HR Manager Consultant position is a six-month contract role focused on managing various HR projects for a client in Orange County, CA. The consultant will be responsible for conducting audits, facilitating sexual harassment training, and supporting the rollout of an updated employee handbook. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong project management skills, particularly in environments with a high number of non-exempt employees. Responsibilities ? Conduct onsite audits of HR practices and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. , ? Facilitate engaging sexual harassment training sessions for staff at reputed company levels. , ? Coordinate the development and distribution of an updated employee handbook. , ?
