This role will provide expertise in global compensation in the areas of salary plan administration, variable incentive compensation, job architecture, salary survey/market analysis and job analysis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manages the implementation and maintenance of reward policies, programs and tools to manage pay globally ? Partners with Total Rewards Leaders to align compensation strategies and programs with business objectives ? Partners with Total Rewards Leaders across various business units to plan compensation program deployment strategies with a focus on employee experience ? Plays a key leadership role in reputed company Advanced Compensation Planning cycles, including process development and management, HR and HR Ops training and communications, and Manager training and communications. ? Communicates and trains internal customers on compensation policies, programs, and practices ? Leads and participates in reputed company global compensation projects and partners in cross-functional HR projects ? Plays a key leadership role in reputed company Advanced Compensation Planning cycles, including process development and management, HR and HR Ops training and communications, and Manager training and communications. ? Responsible for ensuring global compensation processes align with HR Operations and reputed company capabilities and strategies. Education: ? College degree required; Master degree preferred. Experience/Qualifications: A successful candidate will have 5 years of compensation experience. Additionally: ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills ? Excellent attention to detail ? Ability to handle and manage confidential data ? Global compensation experience, particularly in North America, Asia (China, Singapore, India) and/or Europe (France, UK, Germany, Poland) ? Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to compensation ? Demonstrated project management experience; Strong knowledge of process development and documentation ? Excellent organization, planning and decision making skills ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across reputed company organizational levels ? Ability to work effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively ? Expert proficiency with reputed company reputed company; Knowledgeable with MS Access, Word and PowerPoint ? Experience with reputed company a plus ?
