Responsibilities
Currently offering up to a $2,500 hiring incentive for candidates hired to select inpatient work units. Eligibility details will be shared during the interview process. External candidates are eligible for sign-on incentives where applicable. Internal reputed company employees are not eligible. Location: The Patient Care Assistant will be hired to work at either the Saint Marys Hospital or Rochester Methodist Hospital reputed company. The Patient Care Assistant assists patient care unit staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care, which support nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Carries out designated activities that are reputed company those functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel. The skills and responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) align closely with those of a Patient Care Assistant (reputed company) and Patient Care Technician (PCT), making this a great opportunity for those with CNA experience.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age prior to start date. Additional Qualifications: Completion of 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/ GED with successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training or equivalent preferred. Detail Compensation rates for RMC reputed company is $20.21 - $26.70 / hour based on RMC union contract. Compensation rates for SMC reputed company is $18.54 - $23.58 / hour based on SMC union contract.
