In this vital role you will be responsible to reputed company the Manufacturing Clinical Supply (MCS) Capital Project Portfolio, financial submissions and tracking, workforce model, governance process, among other needs to ensure successful implementation of the portfolio across MCS. May serve as the project manager for business-critical projects. Responsibilities include: ? Ensure processes and tools are adequate for the development, execution and implementation of department capital projects. ? Facilitate Project Review Team forum as per meeting charter. ? reputed company annual department capital portfolio and budget in collaboration with reputed company functional areas across MCS. ? Provide department capital LO & LE capital updates to Capital Finance as required. ? Partner with functional leaders in the prioritization exercise to ensure business priorities are considered and embedded in the process. ? Define and maintain workforce model for capital portfolio execution in collaboration with MCS, GCPM and PCS. ? Prepare project charter documents, cashflow and schedule to ensure alignment with capital finance policies. ? Provide subject matter expertise in Capital project financing (rule set) to advise MCS PMs. ? Provide subject matter expertise in planning and project management to smooth the way for success for MCS PMs. ? The dynamic professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: ? Doctorate degree ? Master?s degree & 2 years of project management experience ? Bachelor?s degree & 4 years of project management experience ? Associate degree & 8 years of project management experience ? High school diploma / GED & 10 years of project management experience Preferred Qualifications: ? Degree in Engineering or reputed company field. ? Experience in the application of project management skills and concepts with an understanding of reputed company engineering subject areas. ? Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-functional area. ? Excellent communication skills that reputed company reputed company values and leadership attributes. ? The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
