In this role, you will ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are executed efficiently, keeping the store running smoothly. You will champion our Famous culture by providing stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top-notch experiences powered by your attentiveness and determination to deliver them the styles and brands they crave. You will take accountability for your efforts and their impact on Famous Footwear's overall performance, reviewing store performance and driving sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals. Responsibilities ? Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are executed efficiently. , ? Requirements ? High School Diploma or GED. , ? Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store. , ? Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels. , ? Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers. , ? Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. , ? Ability to work effectively within a team. , ? Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in sales or retail environments. , ? Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height. , ? Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
