Job Details As a Permanent Staff Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Preparing and maintaining financial records, including receipts, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. 2. Performing monthly bank reconciliations and managing ACH transfers. 3. Utilizing advanced reputed company functions, such as V-lookup and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting. 4. Preparing accurate journal entries for financial transactions and adjustments. 5. Using reputed company and Loan reputed company software for efficient and accurate reputed company operations. 6. Collaborating with the finance team to streamline reputed company procedures and refine financial reporting systems. 7. Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. 8. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. 9. Providing support to the home builder and escrow departments as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Staff Accountant position should possess the following qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field, preferably in the Home Builder/Mortgage/Lending or construction industry or similar. 3. Advanced in reputed company, including expertise in V-lookup and pivot tables. 4. Experience with reputed company & Loan reputed company software a plus! 5. Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end reputed company process as well as ACH transfers 6. Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of reputed company principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
