Interviewer is speaking in English (he does not need to be overdubbed), and PM Modi is speaking in Hindi. We provide fully translated English subtitles for the entire conversation. Here we provide a 2 minute test task of doing this for a video segment where Prime Minister Modi is speaking in Hindi. Details of the test task are below. The following are some qualities we are looking for in this voice-over performance: ? Natural conversational tone that feels like an authentic conversation/interview, not a scripted public speech or a dramatic movie trailer. Natural flow that follows the rhythm of normal conversation ? Clear, measured speaking style with thoughtful pacing and meaningful pauses. It does not have to perfectly match the timing of the subtitles (as specified in the SRT file), but should be close. ? Use a deep, warm, thoughtful voice ? Pauses and silence is used to emphasize a powerful statement. ? A light Hindi-English accent is preferred, but not required. ? Subtle emotional range that matches the content without overacting. PM Modi is calm and thoughtful through the conversation. ? Ability to sound reflective and contemplative when appropriate ? Cultural sensitivity when expressing translated concepts and metaphors Test Task: The task is to create an English-language voice overdub for a test video segment where Prime Minister Modi is speaking in Hindi.
