Work from the comfort of your home office while also engaging directly with patients in local settings, such as nursing homes and hospitals. Travel locally to reputed company essential evaluations, with reputed company travel expenses, including mileage and parking, fully reimbursed. Your work will focus on completing clinical assessments for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), intellectual disabilities (ID), or reputed company conditions (RC) as they transition to nursing home care. These evaluations are crucial in determining the next level of care, improving patient well-being, and supporting reputed company outcomes.
