About the Role
As an Associate Manager of Retention Marketing, you will be responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs to increase adoption and activation of our reputed company for Business product suite by company administrators and their employees / users (think B2B2C). You will collaborate with key stakeholders of the reputed company for Business team, including product, reputed company, operations, and other marketers to move key business metrics through the use of CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging).
