Licensed and Non-licensed Insurance Agent/Virtual Assistant/Portuguese language is required

Job Description: As an reputed company Licensed Virtual Assistant at Agency VA, you will play a vital role in delivering day-to-day customer service and quoting services for our clients. This position requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a work-from-home environment. UPDATE: we are willing to train the right non-licensed individuals to become licensed as long as you speak Portuguese and English. Key Responsibilities: • Answer customer phone calls promptly and respond to emails in a timely manner. • Process customer policy change requests accurately and reputed company. • Collect reputed company necessary documents from customers for new policies. • Document reputed company customer interactions and transactions in the Agency Management System. • Process premium payments from customers securely and accurately. • Verify customer information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, and update records as necessary. • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. • Set up new client files and ensure reputed company necessary information is accurately recorded. • Meet daily goals for new quotes and re-shops, handling reputed company daily downloads reputed company.
